duniya .farebe-husn. dikhayegi. kab .talak

How long, the melodies of happiness this will chant

ye. naghmaye-nishaat .sunayegi. kab talak
The existence of world hinges on the station of ordeal

duniya ka he wajood faqat gham ke nuzl par

To which terms, it will imprison souls of human in trial

dhoke me roohe-ins ko rakhkhegi kab talak
It is a place to be serious for regretting over the acts.

rone ..ka .he .muqaam ..agar ho sake .to . ro

At what length, it will beguile in the garb of delights

ye shaadiye daghaa me hansaayegi kab talak
Once, it will lift the curtain of mystery from reality

ik .din. rumuze-haq .ke. utha .degi .ye. hijaab

Up to when, it will keep falling the curtain of illusory

ghaflat .ki .chilmane .ye .giraayegi .kab .talak
It is the spot of toil & torment in the eyes of wise

zulmat .qadaa .he .ahle-nazar .ki. nigaah .me

To what extent, it will give the vision of fool’s paradise.

Each system of reality is illuminated in the world

raushan. he har nizaame-haqiqat. jahaan me

Worldly greed, up to what extent it will shroud.

These engulfed the thousand of caravan of desires

ye. kha gai he sekdoN. khwaahish ke qaafile
How it will make the gallows of beauty on path of morass

dal dal pe .husne- daar .banaayegi kab talak
